We provide regular training and capacity development programmes to strengthen and enhance the skills of our staff and to constantly motivate them.

Regular training needs assessments [TNAs] are carried out to identify weakness areas and hence formulate appropriate training programmes.

Our organization has demonstrated expertise in providing special training programmes to caregivers and staff working in Alternative Care and to educators and staff of Special Education Needs Schools [SEN Schools.]

Amongst the subjects being offered by the Centre are:- Child psychology, child development, Counselling, Child Rights, Workplace Ethics, First Aid and Management.
